Pharmacists for Fair Reimbursement What your state's PBM laws actually mean for community pharmacies

About

An independent reference, openly published.

Pharmacists for Fair Reimbursement is an independent reference on pharmacy reimbursement and PBM law for community pharmacies. Its purpose is to make one thing easy to find: what your state's law actually requires, and when it takes effect.

Who publishes this

This site is built and maintained by Morris McLane. We say so plainly, on every page, because a reference is only worth citing if you know who stands behind it.

What this is — and is not

It is a sourced, plain-language summary of public law. It is not a membership organisation, and it does not represent, speak for, or claim any specific pharmacy as a member. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for the statute or for your own counsel. Where a figure has not yet been confirmed against the primary source, the entry is marked “draft — pending verification.”

How entries are compiled

Each state entry is drawn from the primary source — the statute, rule, or the responsible state agency — which is linked on the entry. We aim to state the reimbursement basis, the effective date, and the appeal route in plain language, and to show our source for each. When a law changes, we update the entry and the “last updated” date with it; we do not change that date without a substantive change.

Corrections

If an entry is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it and note the change. Email info@pharmacistsforfairreimbursement.com.
